Like so much furniture these days, our chair were made in China. Great design, but trying to get replacement feet was proving a nightmare. ------------------------------------- Several companies seemed to be viable contenders to supply what I needed, but Castors Unlimited had by far the most impressive website. So I just measured my broken castor and filled in the online form - two days later my problem was solved. I actually bought two because I never know if anopther castor might collapse (the chair is about ten years old!) and they are so inexpensive that it seemed silly not to.

Whilst one is able to see prices online there is little indication on how good the service may be. CU have proven on both counts so I have little intention of going anywhere else. As a result of a broken castor on my office chair, I was told to speak to these people. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, who helped me with the size and type of castor required, which can be tricky.
