Castors Unlimited are looking to support a local school or college leaver who is ready to take on an apprenticeship - gain qualifications and real work experience.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who is looking to develop into our company ideally for the long term. We want to train and develop an individual who is wanting to work for an exciting new and expanding business.
The work will be varied and full training in all aspects of the role will be given. You will benefit from being involved in a huge variety of different jobs and take on responsibilities as your confidence and skills develop.
The sorts of work you may be doing include:
- Sales administration – creating orders and managing the paperwork
- Supporting with managing the invoices and costs process
- Support with marketing activities including:
- Social media
- Direct and email marketing
- Talking to customers on the telephone and taking orders
- Helping owners with diary management and supporting with quotes and day to day tasks.
- General office duties
- Support with sending out products and working with suppliers.
- You may also be asked when ready to attend meetings with the owner to take notes and represent the company.
- Possible attendance and support with organising and attending exhibitions, shows and events.
Day to day contact within Organisation:
The business is still very small and this means you will be working closely with the owners of the business and be a fundamental part of the team. The ideal candidate will show they are eager to learn and as their skills and abilities develop could easily become a full time permanent member/manager within the business.
